Made with Tochigi Leather, a domestic brand of leather. This leather is tanned with 20 different manufacturing processes over a period of about six months, and has almost no surface treatment. The fibers loosen up and become more comfortable with each use.

Do you know what "Tsukekake" is? It is footwear that you put on by hooking your toes. Zori and geta are examples of this. Nara is also a production area of ​​geta. We have adjusted the position of the straps of this traditional footwear to make it easier to wear and more casual. We have created "TUKKAKE" that is perfect for modern fashion. Of course, the more you wear it, the more comfortable it will become. It is unisex (for both men and women), so you can enjoy matching it.

More than 50 years ago, a pair of leather shoes was very expensive and customers would cherish and wear that pair. For shoemakers, this was a joy and a source of pride. As time passed, the sense and needs for "leather shoes" changed, but we at Empire Shoes Dehara Shoemaking have inherited the passion of the craftsmen who made shoes up until now, and we aim to make shoes that our customers will want to cherish.
