[About shipping and delivery charges]
Sagawa Express : Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: 0 yen. *Hokkaido is 1,000 yen, Okinawa is 1,500 yen.
*Additional shipping charges may apply for remote islands and some areas.
*Additional shipping charges will apply for remote islands and some areas even if shipping is free.
If the delivery destination is in the above areas, we will charge a special area shipping fee after confirming your order, and then we will contact you by email with the revised shipping fee to confirm your acceptance.

[Payment Method]

Depending on your usage status, etc., you may be required to change to another payment method.


[Size exchange]
We accept size exchanges for new, unused shoes that have only been tried on indoors within 7 days of receiving the product. (Please contact us in advance via the inquiry form, email, or phone. Depending on stock and production conditions, we may not be able to exchange immediately.)
however,
• Shoes that have been worn outdoors • Shoes with obvious creases • Shoes that are dirty or smelly • Shoes that are missing the shoe box or accessories

Please note that we will not be able to accept exchanges if more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived.
Shipping fees for size exchanges are as follows:

[First size exchange]
We will cover the shipping costs for shipping the product.

[Second time and onwards]
The shipping costs for returning the product and for sending the replacement product will both be borne by the customer.

*For overseas (outside of Japan), customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

[About returns]

・Defective products <br>Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective.

・Return period <br>If you wish to return a non-defective product, please contact us via the inquiry form or by phone within 7 days of receiving the product. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product. However, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

・Products that have been used ・Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer ・Shoes with creases
・Products that smell of tobacco, perfume, etc. ・Products that are stained beyond the specifications ・Products that have been processed or remodeled by the customer ・Products that are missing accessories (product tags, packaging, etc.)

・Return shipping costs <br>Returns due to customer's convenience will be borne by the customer. If the product is defective, we will cover the cost.
